Émilien Miron joined the firm in August 2021 and specializes in commercial law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

His path led him, in particular, to develop expertise with regard to international transactions which involve Italian companies doing business abroad or in the context of mergers and acquisitions between a corporation based in Italy and a corporation based in another jurisdiction.

During his studies, Émilien also became deeply passionate about international business law by studying at the University of Amsterdam as an exchange student and taking part in the Willem C. Vis international commercial arbitration moot.

Moreover, Émilien worked as a research assistant in the Cyberjustice Laboratory of the University of Montreal.

In his practice, his primary goal is to pay deep attention to each client’s technical and business expectations in order to provide them with specifically tailored solutions.
